National Grief Awareness Week is an annual event that aims to create a safe space for individuals to openly discuss their experiences with grief and loss. It’s a time to acknowledge that grief is a natural response to loss and aims to break the stigma surrounding this deeply personal experience. This year National Grief Awareness Week takes place from December 2nd to December 8th.
Here at Carers Support West Sussex (CSWS), we completely understand that everyone will experience their own unique journey in coping with loss. At the same time, we believe that connecting with others in a similar situation will provide you with a sense of support and a means of developing your own coping strategy.
We have a range of toolkits, services, and support groups to help you navigate the challenging journey of grief. Visit out Bereavement Toolkit and Services page for downloadable content and links to useful national resources.
